THE PAC TEAM

PAC is organised and run by Lindsay Mann and Sally Card local residents who, between them, have over forty years experience of working with children in a variety of professional childcare settings.

Now in our 16th year, PAC is a small company which prides itself in choosing the right staff team to support the children throughout the week. Team members are skilled and enthusiastic, with plenty of experience of working with groups of children and young people. All PAC staff go through a thorough selection process – this includes the uptake of references and the completion of a PVG form which is verified by Disclosure Scotland.

Lindsay Mann

Lindsay has  been working with children all of her adult life. She & her husband Ian, who set up PAC in 2005, have brought up 3 daughters in the village of West Linton. When she's not organising or running PAC she enjoys taking her two Border Terriers for walks and singing in her local choir.

Lindsay's favourite PAC activity is of course baking and she still occasionally enjoys a game of kick the can. She loves to see the kids at PAC walking up the burn in their wellies.

Sally Card

Sally has been part of the PAC team for the past 10 years firstly as a volunteer and then a group leader. Alongside Lindsay, Sally now helps organise and manage the day to day running of PAC.

Sally loves the themed afternoons at PAC whether it's the PAC Country Fair, Harry Potter, Cowboy, Under the Sea or Olympics. It's great fun seeing the PAC Team get into character and create a fun afternoon of daft activities.
